Before you start
Can a new practice create a Yaana account with Google?
Yes. A new practice can start with verified Google sign-in, then complete its practice and legal details in Yaana to create a trial workspace. Existing members can use their configured verified Google sign-in.
Does Yaana connect with Google Calendar?
Yes. A practice can optionally connect Google Calendar to import busy time and explicitly export selected private Yaana appointments. Yaana also includes a built-in appointment calendar and .ics export.
How does Yaana use Stripe?
Stripe securely processes Yaana's own recurring workspace subscription after the no-card trial. Yaana can record manual invoice payments and provide protected invoice documents. Online card payment collection for a practice's clients is not currently enabled; it needs the practice's approved payment-provider setup before it can be offered.
How does Yaana handle Xero, Medicare, DVA and NDIS workflows?
Yaana supports a practice-controlled, create-only Xero workflow for selected new records when a verified connection is active. Medicare, DVA and NDIS claim preparation starts from issued invoices and retains an outcome trail. Claim-ready export remains available. Direct Medicare, DVA and NDIS provider submission is not currently available in Yaana; it requires the relevant certified provider connection and practice activation before it can be offered.
